We were honored today to be invited to Hilary's Confirmation at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. If you haven't guessed by now Hilary is Trevor's girlfriend. Pat and I just adore her. She has no problem fitting in and taking it from all four boys. Her sister Christine was her sponsor. Afterwords we were invited to a very nice party back at her parents home.
Kaden just loves her. Church was rather difficult maybe that is why I have such a hard time attending.
He was great in the beginning saying AMEN with everyone else. Singing the hymns with everyone even though he was singing his ABC's...OH LORD... and leave it to Kaden to say out loud "I'm bored, can we go now?"
Some kind of Catholic child I'm raising. I know Mom, maybe I should start taking him.
I think being with
Hilary and her family was the highlight of our week :)
Kaden decided to jump on the bed at the Hut and hit his cheek. I love when they have to have a band-aide for every little ache and pain. This one just looked to cute with his race car plastered all over his cheek. Stock car band-aides are a must in this house.
Golden Spoon is a staple for Kaden and I we must treat our selves at least twice a week. Hey, after the eighth yogurt you get one free or something like that.
Pat reading the "Recycler" always looking for car parts.

I love this picture of PaPoo following Kaden after he first rode his new car down the hall. Big #1 falling little #1.
Kaden had to make Julia and Arnie a Strawberry Shortcake . Julia and Arnie own the trailer park we visit each weekend. Kaden loves them. He knows that when he goes to visit them she lets him pick out one hot wheel car to take home with him. I don't know what will happen when the box of cars run out? I'm sure there will be something else. They enjoy blowing bubbles together, Kaden riding on the front of Julia's bike and of course flying kites. We have adopted them, they never were able to have children and love when were around and vise versa.

Here is Kaden showing me how he knows how to swim and does not need swimming lessons. Just kick your feet mom and put your face in the water. Did I mention strong willed? Oh yes, he is.
This was my past week in photos... I know Austin was not in them he is so hard to find these days. His welding teacher has him teaching the other students and fixing welding repairs around Mt. SAC. He hates having his picture taken, both of my big boys do, it is hard to sneak in a shot of them but I will keep trying.
Five things I am grateful for:
- Kind hearted children
- Wisdom from my Mom (Thanks!)
- Our health (God Bless Farrah Fawcett, so brave to share her pain)
- Loving Friends and Family
- Restoring my Faith
